APTA Annual General Meeting 2021
Pursuant to section 7.4(a) of the APTA constitution, this post provides notice that the APTA AGM will be held on Saturday 13 November 2021 from 2:00pm to 2:30pm AEDT via Zoom (1:30pm SA, 1:00pm QLD, 12:30pm NT).
Business to be conducted at the AGM includes:
- Confirmation of the minutes of the previous AGM
- Consideration of the financial statements
- Consideration of member reports and president’s report
- Determination regarding a 2022 financial audit
- Appointment of directors
- Election of office bearers
- Any other business
